A minor error Cutting of hair One look in the mirror I disappear Wrap me in smoke Until I choke My mighty cloak Make me someone I don't know I'm getting familiar With other peoples ceilings Take a picture Capture a feeling Why don't you call Don't go, just stall Expose my flaw I miss you all I'll try to change And rearrange The part of my brain That makes things difficult It's hard to know anything real right now It's hard to know anything for sure right now

Coughdrop 02:10
You thought I died Thunderstorm in the middle of the night Woke up - my nose was bleeding Not a great way to start the day Smooth and sweet relief Give it unto me Put me at ease Take it leisurely Should I close the window? Is that the neighbors or just the breeze? Ice is melting off the roof Had a dream where it crushed my car in two Smooth and sweet relief Give it unto me Put me at ease Take it leisurely

God? 02:40
Alternating between being scared of god And being scared that I am god Hoping for something I little more in-between Bittersweet as it ever ways And it seems to counter balance everything you'll ever read And it seems so contradictory, heavenly directory If there's a reckoning Do you think they'll come for me? If there's a reckoning Would you wait for me? You hold my hand like a miracle On the verge of something spiritual You say "forever" like you know when it will end Are we lovers, are we best friends in the end? If there's a reckoning Do you think they'll come for me? If there's a reckoning Would you wait for me? Amazing grace How sweet the sound That saved a wretch Like me If there's a reckoning Do you think they'll come for me? If there's a reckoning Would you wait for me?

When do you think you'll be heading out? I was wondering if I could catch a ride Late night, front seat, passenger side I could use a bit of your advice And the light that shined from your fingers Burned brighter than any god Why do we only come here after dark? I don't know, but I am having fun. Catholic schoolyard swing set For a moment, I swear that you could touch the sky And the light that shined from your fingers Burned brighter than any god I saw truth leak from my body I felt fire enter my heart You don't know what is coming You cannot see that far What the world has planned for me What the world has planned for you For one long second I had to teach myself to breathe With clarity you can't imagine Caught a glimpse of how it should be

Amethyst 03:09 video
In the heart of it all There is a certain kind of calm When it all is said and done That rise and fall, the setting sun There is you In the middle of you sky Dark moon rises into light When it all just gets too much Incremental existential crush There is you The weight of multiple futures Hangs heavy overhead Potential all but falters Cycles start again Feeling better Feel it better The weight of multiple futures Hangs heavy overhead Potential all but falters Cycles start again

High 02:22
What can you do? Just going through Passing feeling Big unnerving Watch it all fade out Never gonna hit that high again Could you listen to me for a moment? From the beginning Pretend it is important Watch it all fall down Never gonna hit that high again In the same room With the same tune Nothing feels good Anymore In my cycle of endless idle I get scared when I am not bored Never gonna hit that high again Never gonna hit that high again Never gonna hit that high again

Miracles 02:30
I'm growing out my hair so I can win prettiest in my graduating class Repeating words over and over til' they start sounding weird and lose all meaning Sometimes I feel like a dog Attentions short and memories haze But I'll always come back when I hear my name Ever wonder how'd life be different if we didn't ever meet I'm glad we'll never know Keep having the same dreams Over and over Feelings start haunting me A dream is just a dream Sometimes I feel like a dog Attentions short and memories haze But I'll always come back when I hear my name Miracles come in pieces Miracles come to those who wait So I will be patiently waiting 'til they all fall into place
8.
Overpass 02:59
Oh hey, what's up Do you wanna hang out? I'm sick of reading my phone We could go to the store or something I don't know I could spot you some gas Maybe buy you a lunch Would that be okay? Can't stand the thought of you resenting me in any way There's this fun little fear A hundred things I can't control I should go outside Shout from the overpass "I GOT NOTHING TO HIDE" It's a quarter past one Are you having fun? It's almost two What do you wanna do? That sounds pretty good If you think we should Just driving around this two river town Thinking we're so cool I think you are so fucking cool You're my best friends even after high school ends There's this fun little fear A hundred things I can't control I should go outside Shout from the overpass "I GOT NOTHING TO HIDE" Could you take me home? Should probably go to bed I probably won't Stay up thinking instead Of what I wanna try I don't wanna die

about

NEO15

These songs have been written during or are written about the time before my marriage. They encapsulate who I was and the feelings I had to work through; identity, friendship, faith, longing.
I am very proud of them and ready to let them go into the world knowing that I saw them through to the best versions I could create. Which wouldn’t’ve been possible without everyone who directly worked on the album and encouraged its creation. To each of you, I’m unendingly grateful.

I hope that this record can transcend from straightforward power pop/rock tracks into lush, dreamlike moments. I grew up without any real music in my life until I bought an MP3 player (512mb!) and downloaded everything I read about on the internet. I hope someone will read about this.
